Sports law experience
Sports law litigator. He has held positions including Legal Vice President at Mexican football clubs such as América, Atlante, León, Irapuato and Veracruz, while also advising clubs, players, representatives and agents throughout the football industry.
He also advises athletes from other disciplines, including boxing, baseball, professional wrestling and martial arts, among others.
Sports litigation and arbitration
As a litigator, he specializes in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland; FIFA judicial bodies; and national sports authorities, including the Sports Appeals and Arbitration Commission and the Dispute Resolution and Conciliation Commission of the Mexican Football Federation.
Teaching and professional training
As a lecturer, he actively participates in specialist programs offered by Johan Cruyff University in Mexico, Peru and Ecuador, where he teaches Football Club Management and International Football Law.
He is also a speaker at academic institutions in Mexico and abroad and has taught Sports Law at Universidad La Salle and Escuela Libre de Derecho.
International practice
As part of his professional practice, he advises clubs and federations in Mexico and abroad, with notable work in Guatemala, Paraguay and Ecuador.

He is Managing Partner of LRA Legal & Sports, the only law firm in Mexico dedicated exclusively to sports law.
He was appointed by FIFA as a Match Agent, making him the only Mexican to date to hold this designation.
